Niki Apartments & Studios are located on the top of the village of Loutro with a beautiful view to the bay. They are built on the three floors and they all have balconies overlooking the bay of Loutro. They are equipped with a kitchenette, fridge, cooker and air-condition units.
The Studios are suitable for 2 persons and the apartments can accommodate up to 4 persons. All the rooms are plain and nicely decorated.Cleaning service is provided twice a week.
Along the sea front, two minutes away from Niki Apartments & Studios, there are several restaurants, cafes, bars and small grocery shops. The clear crystal waters of the Loutro Beach are just a few footsteps away. prices 2012 per day.

The use of the air-conditioning is included in the high season price. In the low season there is a surcharge of 5 Euro for the studios and 8 Euro for the apartments per night. We offer a 10% discount on stays of 10 days and more in the low season. Please note : We do not accept credit card payments.
